VISTA Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify any educational events without prior notice. These include, but are not limited to cancelling events, changing speakers, changing topics, changing presentation date or time.
VISTA Institute is not responsible for travel expenses incurred as a result of program cancellations or modification. Participants are advised to consider this policy prior to incurring any non-refundable travel expenses.
VISTA Institute reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone.
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are subject to refund, minus $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days in advance are only eligible for credit toward future events minus $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of any event are not eligible for refund or credit.
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing (email or mail).
