“Leading Experts of Bone and Tissue Regeneration” is a premier four-day event that brings together world-renowned specialists in bone and soft tissue regeneration. The course offers an in-depth exploration of the latest innovations in implant therapy, tissue augmentation, and regenerative techniques. Attendees will gain valuable insights into both staged and simultaneous approaches to hard and soft tissue management, focusing on advanced workflows, surgical precision, and emerging therapies.

The course features interactive lectures and hands-on workshops, allowing participants to refine their skills through practical exercises, including computer-guided bone harvesting, soft tissue enhancement techniques, and papilla reconstruction at implant sites. With expert guidance from leading clinicians, this event equips dental professionals with the knowledge and technical proficiency needed to prevent and manage esthetic complications around dental implants.

Whether you are looking to master cutting-edge surgical protocols or explore future directions in regenerative therapy with biologicals and cell therapies, this course offers an exceptional opportunity to elevate your clinical practice.

Event Highlights

  • Interactive lectures led by world-renowned experts.
  • Hands-on workshops for practical skill development.
  • Networking opportunities with top professionals in implant and regenerative dentistry.

Program Overview

  • Luca De Stavola
    • Lecture: The Digital Workflow in Autogenous Bone Shell Technique
      • Explore how digital workflows are transforming autogenous bone harvesting and fixation for predictable outcomes.
    • Workshop (Feb 27, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
      • Participants will:
        • Perform computer-guided bone harvesting from the retro-molar area.
        • Manage guided bone block techniques effectively.
        • Practice computer-guided shell fixation for enhanced bone stability.
    • Educational Objectives:
      1. Plan surreal treatment strategies.
      2. Perform key surgical steps confidently.
      3. Manage soft tissue effectively to prevent complications.
  • Mariano Sanz
    • Lecture: Current and Future Approaches to Hard Tissue Augmentation Staged and Simultaneous to Dental Implant Placement
      • Description:
        • This lecture will explore simultaneous and staged hard tissue augmentation techniques, focusing on:
          • Simultaneous placement with immediate and early implant protocols.
          • Managing implant placement in thin ridges: when to delay and when to proceed simultaneously.
          • Staged protocols: choosing the right approach for lateral vs. vertical augmentation.
          • Future trends, including biologicals and cell therapies for bone regeneration.
  • Lorenzo Tavelli
    • Lecture: Soft Tissue and Dental Implants: Prevention and Treatment of Implant Esthetic Complications, and Papilla Reconstruction at Implant Sites
      • This session will focus on:
        • The importance of soft tissue phenotype for peri-implant esthetics and tissue stability.
        • A new classification system for peri-implant soft tissue dehiscences for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
        • Advanced techniques for papilla reconstruction at implant sites to restore esthetic harmony.
    • Learning Objectives:
      1. Understand how tissue phenotype affects esthetics and tissue health.
      2. Apply the latest classification system for soft tissue dehiscences.
      3. Prevent and treat esthetic complications in implants.
      4. Master papilla reconstruction techniques for challenging cases.
  • Navid Sharifzadeh
    • Lecture: Regenerative Modalities for Soft Tissue Enhancement Around Dental Implants
      • Overview:
      • This session will emphasize the role of soft tissue management in implant success. Clinicians will learn to address four critical factors:
        1. Phenotype: Thick vs. thin tissue types.
        2. Presence of Keratinized Mucosa.
        3. Tissue Thickness.
        4. Vestibular Depth.
    • Workshop:
      • Participants will practice:
        • Vascularized Interpositional (VIP) Flap techniques for enhanced blood supply.
        • Free Gingival Grafts (FGG) to increase keratinized tissue.
        • Socket Seal Techniques to protect extraction sites and improve healing.
      • Participants will work with models and porcine jaws and review recorded live surgeries to gain practical expertise.
